Mango Ice Creams
This free recipe, mango ice creams, are the perfect summer treat! These delicious popsicles are so easy to make and are loved by both children and adults alike. Using condensed milk means that these ice creams remain soft and creamy straight out of the freezer. Make using icy pole or dariole moulds.
VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN FREE
4 mangoes, peeled and pip removed
2 limes, juice only
300g can sweetened condensed milk
- Place mango and lime juice in TM bowl, puree for 5 seconds, speed 8.
- Add condensed milk and cream, beat for 1 minute, speed 4. Divide mixture evenly between 10 dariole moulds and freeze for 2 hours.
- Insert wooden icy pole sticks into dariole moulds and freeze for a further 4 hours before serving.
